The Bear Grylls Survival Master 3740 chronograph with a silver dial and matching hours/minute hands is designed to help you survive in the toughest environments. The 45mm ultra-robust CARBONOX™+ case and uni-directional bezel make this timepiece extremely lightweight. Special features include a SOS Morse Code reminder on the dial, a detachable compass on the dark grey rubber strap and 300m water resistance. The impressive 18 Luminox Light Technology tubes allow the wearer to read the time easily in any light condition for up to twenty-five years. The watch features the Bear Grylls logo on the dial and the signature orange screw in crown. Bear’s motto ‘Never Give Up’ is engraved in orange on the case back alongside his signature.     • Whenever possible, in-stock orders with approved payment received by 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next day. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info. Should any of the items on your order be out of stock, we will send you a notification as to when they are expected back in stock.
    • You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is processed.
    • Tracking Numbers will be provided via email when we ship your order. They will be traceable a www.ups.com or www.fedex.com once the package is scanned by the postal service. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be accessible in the postal system.

    AZZI Diamond Jewelers wants to you to have the very best online shopping experience. We understand that occasionally this may mean the need to return an item.

    For up to 7 days from the date you received your item you may return your purchase. All returned items must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customer's responsibility.

    How to Prepare Your Return/Exchange

    • Please keep your original packing as you will use it for your return. Any promotional or free items received with your purchase, should also be included. If you wish to keep the gift, you may do so, but you will be charged for the value of the gift against your refund.
    • If you are making a partial return, please include an invoice or packing list indicating which items are being returned.
    • If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number and order number.
    • Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.
