From the King Seiko Collection. First introduced in 1961, King Seiko became one of Seiko’s most technically innovative and stylish brands, noted for its sleek, dignified angularity. Paying tribute to the iconic original with updated styling and technology, this distinctive timepiece, in a sleek smaller case size, draws inspiration from 1960’s Tokyo fashion, during the same decade when King Seiko was making its mark in Japan. Evoking the “Ivy” aesthetic and color scheme, popular during the era, this timepiece offers an icy light blue dial with LumiBrite hands and markers and is topped by a box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface. The 24-jewel automatic movement, with an exceptional power reserve of approximately 72 hours, beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and provides manual winding capability. Crafted of stainless steel, with the combination of mirror and hairline finishing characteristic of the original King Seiko models, this superbly wearable watch features the King Seiko crest on the crown and screwdown caseback and includes a bracelet with two levers on the endpiece that can be pressed for easy removal and a deployment clasp with push button release. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant.
